Zone theory provides us with a comprehensive unit of measure, referred to as “blocks’- one block of should contain 7 grams of protein, 9 grams of carbs and 1.5 grams of fat. Once your food has been broken down into blocks and you determine the correct block requirement for your body- based on your body type, activity level and fitness goals, we create 2 meals and 1 snacks to suit that number. Most women will be a 4 block program and men usually 5 and up. Custom pricing is available can help you determine your block requirement to get you started
The less white (white bread, white rice, white pasta, and white potatoes) you put on your plate, the less cellular inflammation you are going to create.

Don’t get me wrong, I love cooking, using my own newly remodeled kitchen & gadgets and being proud of my culinary work…BUT grocery shopping, planning, cooking, measuring, prepping meals AND cleaning up for 2 health conscious people with different carb, protein and fat needs is absoluteoly EXHAUSTING (I usually end up in tears…ask my husband). FitFoods’ Zone meals make my life SO MUCH EASIER and I’ve been a customer since the beginning. It’s something different every day so it’s not boring, monotonous and bland leftovers like we’d have throughout the week after cooking in bulk (and spending more time & money doing so!). Love that the menu changes weeking and Chef Stephen, Kitchen Manager Deysey and T-Mac are always coming up with new ideas that develop into healthy (hormones & antibiotics free), delicious and complete meals. Meals are weighed and measured out to our dietary needs, there’s no prep or clean up and I’m not in the kitchen for HOURS on my only day off. We’re both super busy people with our careers & side jobs, doing new homeowners stuff around our house and working out, so having out our free time together NOT spent slaving in the kitchen is AWESOME. Also, whenever I’m on one of the plans, I honestly look, feel and perform my best throughout the day, whether it’s at work or in the gym!

I’m not sure where to start, but here I go. I’ve always wanted to meal prep the right way. Not the diet way. Tracey makes things so much easier for you. She’s an awesome person to ask for anything regarding your weight goal and she knows exactly where to direct you by helping you choose your meal plan. I have jumped from meal prep company to meal prep company- but im stuck here on Fit Foods- i love how the menu is always changong, we never get bored. I was a little hungry on the Junior LS meals, so Tracey suggested I switch to the Zone 4 with a little more protein and the daily snack and i can totally tell the difference. thank you fit foods so helping us stay healthy!!!
