Our chef follows the theme of each meal on the Lifestyle menu in regards to favors, plant ingredients and playing styling- we substitute animal based proteins with a variety of suitable options- including free range eggs, some dairy, beans and quinoa. Please use the VEGAN option to avoid eggs and dairy.
We call our Vegetarian plan a “WHOLE PLANT BASED” meal plan. In other words, with every meal you receive 4 oz of beans or lentils, a 4 oz serving of grains and then a variety of freshly steamed, sautéed or roasted vegetables- each meal comes with a sauce- on the Vegetarian plan, you will receive occasional yogurt or feta based sauce.
