The “5oz Athlete” Dinners ONLY comes with 5 dinners as outlined below and is delivered all on TUESDAY.
Monday Dinner: Chicken, rice, veg. (C 32g, P 32.5g, F 12)
Tuesday Dinner: Beef Meatloaf, sweet potato, veg (C 32g, P 26g, F 12g)
Wednesday Dinner: Ground Turkey, sweet potato, veg (C30g, P 31, F11)
Thursday Dinner: Salmon, br rice, veg. (C 25, P 32, F 15)
Friday Dinner: Steak, roasted potato, veg (C 34, P 26, F12)

I LOVE this meal plan! The meals are so delicious and SATISFYING. I’ve bought meal plans from other companies which have been bland and not very filling or satisfying. I look forward to each of these meals especially after a long training session. The meals are healthy and don’t make me feel deprived or like I’m dieting. I look forward to my delivery every Tuesday to help me stay on track with my nutrition. I especially love the meatloaf and salmon :) I highly recommend this 5 oz. athlete dinner meal plan for men or women.
