This is a brand new plan created in conjunction with an amazing supplement system from Modere. This is a 3oz portion of our very popular DETOX plan. This plan has 10 meals and 5 “Whenever” oatmeals. As all plans, it is delivered 2x a week- with a 5 meal drop each time. Our “Whenever” Oats are included in the first delivery.

The Detox plan follows the LIFESTYLE menu – in the sense that you receive all salads for lunches (first 3 days are the MONDAY LUNCH choice) and the 2nd delivery will be the THURSDAY LUNCH.
The dinner entrees follow the LIFESTYLE dinner entrees. You receive NO red meat on this plan.

Absolutely love!!!! I have struggled with IBS and its debilitating symptoms for years. Sometimes ending up in the hospital when I had a flare up.
