MONDAY

THIS MENU is the meal choices for the ZONE, PALEO and Junior LifeStyle Ordering Options- they are plated according to their macro and portion size!

LUNCH: Kale and Quinoa Salad- A nutty blend of sunflowers, shredded kale, purple cabbage, romaine, fresh red pepper, shredded carrot, baby tomatoes, grilled chicken, a side of low fat parmesean cheese with a lemon vinaigrette

DINNER: Mexicali Chicken Breast- served with brown rice and a with broccoli, yellow squash & sautéed onion- Served with a side of avocado sauce- This is a delicious Mexican style chicken sure to impress.

TUESDAY

DINNER: Mediterranean Turkey Burger- Feta cheese, sundried tomato and fresh basil stuffed Turkey Burger- comes with a fresh white dill sauce-and a side of asparagus spears & roasted bell peppers

DINNER: Green Curry with Roasted Cashews-done with no hidden fats and all natural ingredients, almond milk and organic green curry- complete with baby corn, bamboo shoots and served on a side of coconut milk Basmati rice & topped with roasted red pepper & fresh cilantro

THURSDAY:

LUNCH: Arugula Melon Pecan Salad- Arugula/romaine base- fresh cantaloupe on a bed of organic greens, all our regular salad fixings, sprinkled with pecans and served with our herbed grilled chicken and signature dressing

DINNER: Bruschetta Chicken- This is a great meal- topped with fresh tomato bruschetta- heirloom tomatoes, basil, onion and balsamic glaze- this meal comes with a 6oz chicken breast (lifestyle) and served on top of mixed zucchini

FRIDAY
