MONDAY

THIS MENU is the meal choices for the ZONE, PALEO and Junior LifeStyle Ordering Options- they are plated according to their macro and portion size!

LUNCH: Strawberry Spinach Salad- Organic Spinach base, topped with grilled cilantro marinated chicken, fresh strawberries, thin red onion, pecans, English Cucumbers and comes with our house made poppy seed dressing- this is an amazing seasonal salad you are going to love!

DINNER: April’s BRC on Nappa Cabbage- Black Beans, Brown Rice and Chicken- as close to a burrito as we can at Fit Foods!! Comes with a blended salsa and nappa cabbage leaves for wraps-

TUESDAY

LUNCH: COWBOY chili- smokey chipotle, sweet potatoes, roasted pablanos, black beans, chili, spinach with a coconut flour biscuit- We’re doing it ancho style- kidney, pinto and black beans, our grass fed beef with veggies- chunky and delicious- the serving is hearty and lean.
PALEO: No Beans

DINNER: Stuffed Turkey Pepper- Amazing Peppers are back in season! These are fabulous- All natural ground turkey, Israeli couscous, veggies and spices make this meal amazing- comes with a side of basil pesto and served on a bed of carrot mash-

WEDNESDAY

LUNCH: NEW! Spanish Steak Romesco- This is a great summery dish- we re serving it on a bed of tri colored quinoa- our grass fed flank is marinated overnight in fresh herbs, tomatoes, garlic and paprika and seared to perfection by Chef Stephen. Vegetables on the side- medley of zucchini and carrot strips;

DINNER: Artichoke & Chicken on Pasta- Artichoke, Roasted Tomato, Capers, fresh Basil with Roasted Chicken Breast on spaghetti squash- this is a great dish- dished up in a light tomato sauce on the side

LUNCH: Grilled Chicken Summer Salad- Grilled Chicken, half a navel orange, purple grapes, all our regular salad fixings and comes with our signature dressing-

DINNER: Turkey Nachos with a side of house made verde sauce- Sweet potatoes through a mandolin, layered with seasoned ground turkey and house made salsa- topped with fresh jalapeños and cilantro- it's going to be saucy, and delicious!! You won't believe it's even good for you!!

LUNCH: Chicken Enchilada Stack- Slow cooked Chicken is turned into a delicious Enchilada stack topped with a green AND red sauce- built on a base of organic pinto beans, gluten free tortillas, and layers of slow cooked green chicken mix- and Comes with a side of our Fit Food “sour cream” – AMAZING!- served with a side of steamed organic broccoli
