Lifestyle Plan

Diet food made delicious.

If you would like low carb, high quality protein option, but still want to enjoy some variety, this plan is for you.

Designed for the health conscious, calorie aware client without being too restrictive.

Fit Food lifestyle allows fresh fruit with salads, some various potato, occasional brown rice (approximately once a week) and strives to be flavorful with variety.

Bodybuilder Plan

NO oils or added fats.

The Bodybuilder is a very clean plan. Perfect for a clean eaters and athletes with a higher caloric needs. Higher in protein (8oz) and NO salt.

Paleo Plan

Strict Paleo

Paleo is a style of nutrition based on NO grain, NO legumes, NO beans, NO dairy.

All of our menu items can be easily customized into Paleo and we offer many Paleo options.

Zone 4 Plan

Zone theory provides us with a comprehensive unit of measure, referred to as “blocks’- one block of should contain 7 grams of protein, 9 grams of carbs and 1.5 grams of fat. Once your food has been broken down into blocks and you determine the correct block requirement for your body- based on your body type, activity level and fitness goals, we create 2 meals and 1 snacks to suit that number. Most women will be a 4 block program and men usually 5 and up. Custom pricing is available can help you determine your block requirement to get you started

Super loaded with antioxidants and detoxifying ingredients- we include jicama, gogi berries, kale, pomegranate, and can even do oil free dressings upon request.

We include an Overnight Oats AND a whole organic avocado in every salad.

The Competitor

This is a simple menu but intended for that person who is a high level physique athlete or training to be. This menu could bring you straight though competition prep if you wanted it to.

It is a bare bones protein and veggie combo that I am basing over my many years as an NPC/IFBB figure competitor. The portions are precise, the salt is non existent and the proteins are all prepared simplistically.

The dinners are all protein and plain veggies – the lunches are all our full size salads.

We typically recommend the 6oz portion for females. This is a 2 meal per day menu, but we also have a 3 meal a day menu coming soon.
